With a career that spans R&D, engineering delivery, project and commercial management, operations management, P&L accountability, developing and delivering multi national change programmes and providing strategic leadership to the HR function, I have most bases covered. I operate at a strategic level, backed up by a breadth and depth of operational experience which I can bring to bear to ensure strategic plans can be implemented.
