I am a Mediator and Arbitrator with over 30 years' experience as a construction Solicitor (previously a Barrister) acting for clients, and as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Mediator, and as a part-time Tribunal Judge. I have acted in a wide range of construction projects including highways, railways, mineral extraction and process plants including refineries, as well as housing and commercial developments. some of these involved international aspects. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and am an Accredited Mediator and Associate Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council. I have experience and knowledge of the JCT, NEC, and the various FIDIC forms of Contract. I acted as a reviewer of the current FIDIC White Book before release. I am a member of the Society of Construction Law and of The Energy Arbitration Club, and am a published author and lecturer on construction subjects, including BIM. .
