A love for math and science guided me towards engineering as an undergraduate major and my first 'real' jobs with Sprint, IBM and Alcatel-Lucent. It did not take me long to realize my passion was elsewhere and I migrated into customer-facing Sales & Marketing roles. After a few years spent in sales support and product marketing, I received an MBA at McCombs School of Business (UT Austin) with a concentration in Marketing.Post-MBA I joined Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice and worked multiple CRM strategy engagements, then eventually took a marketing role with one of my clients, AT&T. After AT&T, I spent 5 years at Dell in a variety marketing and partnership roles, then joined Bazaarvoice pre-IPO to run Partner Marketing and later Business Development via agency partners. After Bazaarvoice, I joined a pre-Series A start-up to run their Sales & Marketing organization.In 2014 I began to work independently for several companies via my business, UBSD.io, specializing in Go-to-Market strategies, processes and execution. Additionally I launched TurnKey Infrastructure, the first company providing end-to-end 'Operations as a Service' to physical product-based companies.
