I have been a managing director at Cornelsen Educational Publishing since March 2013. Cornelsen, founded in 1946, is one of the leading educational publishing houses in Germany. Our company covers all types of school and subjects from primary school to A-level, as well as vocational training and adult language training. I am in charge of the editorial departments for primary and secondary schools and some subsidiaries in German-speaking countries. I hold a university degree in history and French language and literature, and did vocational training in marketing after finishing university. I have held various positions in the German educational publishing industry. Before joining the management board at Cornelsen I was Head of Strategic Marketing and carried out market research and analysis.
