From its founding in 1938, Corgan has grown into one of the largest U.S.-based design firms focused on architecture. Named the firm of the year in 2007 by the Dallas chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and also recognized as the Best Large Architecture Firm to Work for in 2009 by ZweigWhite, Corgan employs over 300 professionals in its offices in Dallas, New York, Phoenix, Houston, Miami, Sacramento and Beijing. As its design opportunities have expanded from local to international, Corgan has developed special expertise in corporate, aviation, health care, education and mission critical facility design, as well as digital visualization services through Corgan MediaLab.

For over 28 years in my career, I have been fortunate to work with many talented people on projects across the country and around the world. Whether a complex, multi-million dollar project or a small family owned business, every project presents unique opportunities to find design solutions that successfully meet budget and schedule challenges, while also responding to the aesthetic goals of each project and client. My experience has allowed me to lead the design of architectural interiors projects from conception through detailing and documentation to completion of construction and furniture installation. I have managed client relationships, directed and lead teams through planning and design, construction documentation, and project administration. In lectures and projects, I examine the influence of culture and human behavior on design and the ways that design can influence behavior in turn. I have lectured at key architecture schools and industry conferences including CoreNet Global, MetroCon and NeoCon. I am passionate about creating a positive impact on people’s lives and the environment through Design.
