I have 25 years of experience managing IT Projects. In my current role as IT Director, I lead a dynamic team of IT professionals responsible for identifying, planning and implementing all technology improvements and support services to all offices at a global architecture and interior design firm. I have a passion for IT service delivery and ensuring that my team’s projects align with the firm’s strategic business objectives. I led the transition of my team to an ITIL based service management strategy with a strong focus around change management, incident management, problem management, knowledge management and continual process improvement.
