I am a IT leader with over twenty (20) years experience as an Engineer, Architect, Manager and Director with many roles in the telecommunications, healthcare, government, and commercial vertical markets. As a manager, I remove barriers so developers and engineers can stay focused on what they do best.In my most recent role, I directed the IT for Open Enrollment (11/1-2/15) and and AEP for medicare.gov - (10/15-12/7).Other recent area of focus:-Directed and managed all hosting for insurance medicare.gov, CMS, and 834 enrollments. – I directed all from hosting standpoint. -Hosted core enrollment sites in SunGard, ATL for many BCBS clients and five of the largest insurance providers in the country. -Led the internal and hosting IT group within Connecture, INC. -Engaged with Executive Management to develop core IT strategy to fulfill business needs -Supporting compliance through CISO office, SOX, PCI, SOC typ1 1/1-2/2, PCI 3.1 - Managed a group of several dozen engineers and managers. -Led Connecture from small SaaS company to a publicly traded company: CNXR -Integrated two separate acquisitions - (DRX and Connected Health) over the course of two years. -CNXR holds contracts and has valuation of over $200,000,000 with over 500 employees -Highest ranking IT person at Connecture – reports directly to CDO. -Worked with the largest insurance and compliance organizations as a direct interface to supply evidence and implement IT strategy to ensure compliance.
