SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Technology Leadership – Designed all IT infrastructure, systems, policies, procedures, and departmental structures to support a biologics business starting with a small 20 person R&D clinical focus which grew to a $64M full commercial manufacturing organization with a staff of 400+. Established IT compliance for all global regulatory authorities-regulations including (FDA, EMA, TGA, SOX). Implemented a world class process control system, manufacturing network, and data repository for global biologics business. • Financial Leadership – Successfully managed P&L of $144M division of a Fortune 500 medtech company including FP&A, reporting, accounting, and contract management functions. • Acquisition/Divestment/Integration – Led successful IT integration efforts involving the acquisition of a biologics manufacturing plant and supporting assets by Stryker from Creative Biomolecules Incorporated. Led extensive due diligence efforts involving divestiture of biologics division by Stryker to Olympus. Successfully managed major integration efforts as part of new biologics company, Olympus Biotech, founded from asset sale by (Stryker Biotech).
