For a business to continue to succeed I believe it must embrace constant change. This is especially true of the IT systems it employs. Continually looking at current processes and looking to improve, automate, and focus on efficiency, while developing applications that are agile and easily adaptable will ensure that that organization can stay ahead of the curve and continue to meet its own customer's needs and expectations. As I have grown throughout my own professional career as an ERP Solutions Implementer I have been exposed to many diverse businesses and their processes. I have worked to understand these principles and have been instrumental in helping those business to change, to become stronger and be able to react more quickly to exception and change. Along the way I have built and managed development teams, both in-house and offshore and have excelled in managing short and long-term projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle using waterfall and agile methodologies.
