Mohan Sekhar has over 27 years experience in the IT and ITES industry with global organizations in both USA and India. He has been with Accenture from 2012 and leads the Accenture Delivery Centers for Technology in India. He also leads Application Services for the Resources Operating Group at Accenture. Before joining Accenture, he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Collabera, a New Jersey head quartered global IT services company with operations in US, Europe and India. Prior to this, Mohan was a Member of the Board and Chief Delivery Officer at iGATE a publicly traded Indian IT/ITES company. At iGATE, Mohan was part of the executive leadership team instrumental in transforming the organization to a high value integrated business and technology solutions provider. Prior to iGATE, he was Senior Vice President at Infosys Technologies (NASDAQ: INFY) responsible for Customer Delivery, Engagement Management and Presales for the North America region. Mohan was also responsible for incubating and managing Systems Integration, Infrastructure Services and Testing practices globally. As a member of the Management Council he was responsible for driving many of Infosys’s global transformational initiatives. Mohan started his career with Cap Gemini America and spent over 12 years working with AT&T in New Jersey, USA.Mohan is a recognized leader in the Indian IT services industry and serves on the Regional Council for NASSCOM, the trade association of Indian IT and BPO industry.Mohan has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and an MS in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a Wharton Fellow.
