Mohan Sekhar is a recognized C-level global IT Consulting & Services industry thought leader experienced (US and India) in transforming both large and mid-sized organizations enabling market leading growth and profitability. He has led the rotation of business to Digital, drove Automation thought leadership, transformed talent to New technologies and architected Innovation at scale, a first in the industry. He has served on the board of both publicly listed and privately held companies. Until recently at Accenture, as the Global Lead - Advanced Technology Centers (including India), Mohan led the transformation of legacy delivery organization to a strong Innovation led client-centric organization contributing significantly to Technology Services growth and profitability for the firm. Previously, Mohan was responsible for Global Technology Services business for Accenture Resources Operating Group which serves clients in Energy, Utilities, Chemical and Natural Resources industries. Prior to these roles, Mohan was the Asia Pacific Centers lead for the Communications, Media & Technology operating group. Prior to Accenture, Mohan held several executive leadership roles with global organizations in both the United States and India. He was Senior Vice President, Head of North America operations at Infosys, Chief Delivery Officer and Member of the Board at iGATE and President and COO at Collabera. Mohan started his career with Cap Gemini America, and worked with AT&T in the United States. Mohan is a recognized leader in the IT industry and has served on the Regional Council for NASSCOM, the trade association of Indian IT and BPO industry. Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, a master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a Wharton Fellow.
