I am a software engineer with a strong background developing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. I want to work on infrastructure which values security as a critical component of reliability. Scalability is important for growth but without a reliable system you only fail more spectacularly. Software has already shown its ability to change society from the way we socialize, communicate, and even interface with the physical world. In the future of human machine interfaces I'm intrigued by software's impact on transportation, the biggest revolution of which will be autonomous vehicles. Solving the technical, economic and social challenges from this change is something I hope to be a part of. While I believe in the ability of software to transform automobiles, I'm passionate about innovation that makes all transportation safer and more economic. My software language experience is strongest in Java and Python. I have also done projects in C++, Ruby, and Javascript.
