Significant experience advising boards of directors on board and committee operations, fiduciary duties, disclosure matters and development of comprehensive securities and corporate governance compliance programs. Currently serves on the board of directors of the Western Center on Law and Poverty. Previously served on the board of directors of the Los Angeles Conservancy and on the national board of directors of the Society for Corporate Governance.
