Jonathan Arena joined Clever Devices as a senior engineering project manager where he led multiple projects to completion within budget and specification guidelines. Based on his information systems, programming, and team leadership experience Jonathan was promoted to data systems manager in 2013 and then to Senior Manager, Data Systems in 2016. In his current role, Jonathan serves as a strategist who has a deep understanding of the impact a robust database has on an organization’s future outlook. As a result, he hit the ground running and delivered the change management leadership required to strengthen business intelligence strategies, including the creation of a new database and the development of enhanced data quality assurance measures. Complimenting his senior-level data management experience is Jonathan’s background as a project manager for Netik LLC. where traveled to client offices in New York, Chicago, and London to participate in launch meetings and business requirement sessions to gain an understanding of client needs. Through a systematic project management approach, he led his team to deliver on service level agreements. Prior to his employment with Netik LLC., Jonathan served as the director of business applications for Stellar Management. There, he delivered application software installation and customization to support business operations and end user requirements. Jonathan’s earlier experience includes employment with Yardi Systems Inc. and TD Waterhouse where he succeeded as an agent of positive change and process improvements by benchmarking best practices across various core competencies, including project administration, stakeholder management, and business continuity initiatives. In every position he held, Jonathan gained the reputation of a leader who forges strong alliances with executive management, department heads, and functional staff to support business performance goals.
