Prior to starting his real estate career, Rory spent fifteen years in the fitness industry, where he managed health clubs for several large national chains. This experience sharpened his marketing and strategic negotiation skills, which he has since brought to real estate, along with a love for the art of the deal. With extensive connections to professionals on all sides of the real estate industry – attorneys, bankers and movers alike – he has a powerful sphere of influence in NYC. Rory has the drive, knowledge and connections to ensure clients land great deals – and make smart choices about big decisions. Originally from Litchfield County, Connecticut, Rory has strong ties to both Ireland and New York City. Now a resident of the West Village, he loves his neighborhood’s European influences, winding streets and historic townhouses, but also appreciates all the diverse neighborhoods of New York. Rory enjoys traveling the globe as well as partaking in all the culture, restaurants and nightlife NYC has to offer. He is also an accomplished runner, and is currently training for the New York City marathon. In his own life – and on behalf of clients – Rory always goes the extra mile.
