Having spent 10 great years at Salix Pharmaceuticals, I decided to take some time off to travel and be with my family. Now, I am ready to re-enter the workforce. What I most enjoyed at my job at Salix was the time spent interacting with others, whether it was in the course of gathering requirements for a project, or training new sales reps on our SFA system. That being the case, I am looking for an opportunity to manage a company’s SFA system, act as a success manager, to ensure the ongoing satisfaction and continued success of client implementations, or take on a training role where I can help introduce new technologies to clients. Each of these roles would require excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to clients, to ensure that they are learning the material they are being trained on, and that the clients’ needs, when it comes to implementing a new project, are truly being met to their specifications.
