I enjoy driving digital-first transformation by aligning business goals with dynamic customer behaviors. Throughout my career, I’ve pioneered many first to market programs, driving early organizational adoption of eCommerce, Customer Journeys, Personalization, Connected Product development, Social and Content Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing, all well before they were proven industry standard investments.
