Leading international sales and marketing teams is what I love to do. Success in these roles is demonstrated by the fact that I've been rapidly promoted to roles of increased responsibility and complexity from every assignment I've undertaken in my professional career. My foundational marketing training comes from the CPG / FMCG brand management roles I undertook at Johnson & Johnson. I've also enjoyed long-term, successful rotations in both Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sales and marketing. My international experience includes significant time invested in China, SE Asia and Latin America and growing businesses in emerging markets is a particular area of interest for me. I currently lead an international marketing and sales team at Church & Dwight that is delivering sustained double-digit growth for the first time in company history.
