Helped with the transformation of Christie’s manufacturing processes by introducing Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvements and lean manufacturing. Established Christie University and helped in obtaining the ISO14001 certifications for the environmental management system at key locations in Kitchener, Ontario and Cypress, California. •Since 1994, held various other positions within Christie, including senior director of product management, market development and senior test engineer. •Academic business and technology training graduating at the top of the class.
