Responsible for developing global accounts strategy, business processes and fulfillment plans. • In the previous role as vice president of visual environments SBU at Christie, responsible for setting business strategies and for full P&L of the company’s simulation, visualization, Christie® MicroTiles™ and control room businesses. • Served as vice president of global quality with responsibilities for all quality functions: design verification and validation, global supplier and in-process quality, QA, customer satisfaction, win/loss analysis and technical training. Helped with the transformation of Christie’s manufacturing processes by introducing Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvements and lean manufacturing. Established Christie University and helped in obtaining the ISO14001 certifications for the environmental management system at key locations in Kitchener, Ontario and Cypress, California. • Since 1994, held various other positions within Christie, including senior director of product management, market development and senior test engineer. • Academic business and technology training graduating at the top of the class. Obtained the MBA degree in 2010 and P. Eng Ontario designation in 2002. Obtained a B.A.Sc. degree from the University of Banja Luka, in the former Yugoslavia, as well as a certificate in system engineering from Marconi College in Chelmsford, England.
