Human Resources Leader and Advisor Partnering With Executives to Improve Employee Engagement and Productivity

Christie Digital is primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution of photographic equipment and supplies.

A Human Resources professional for 28 years. I currently direct day-to-day HR and Facilities operations for Christie's USA divisions, along with HR dotted line reports in Christie Asia and Latin America locations. I direct 11 professionals where as a team we manage employee relations which include M&A due diligence to integration, diverse/inclusive recruiting, on-boarding, transfers/promotions, terminations, facility management, and relevant changes of status. Integrity in processing and reporting accurate records to ensure compliance with all state, federal and local legal requirements for employee statistical summaries, including census, turnover and salary data. I look for ways to mitigate risk for the Company and provide preemptive handling of employee relations matters –negotiating, counseling, conflict resolution. I direct programs and projects which meet the strategic goals of the Company. I oversee administration of all benefits, compensation and ADP's time, attendance and payroll processing. I embrace our corporate social responsibility by joining our environmental committee to explore ways to give back to our community. During the last few years, our Company has experienced explosive growth and I am proud to say that we have increased headcount by 200% in the US and around the globe with a very small HR team. My responsibilities grew in scope but I have also grown exponentially in awe as I see the fruits of our efforts. I am bilingual Spanish which has helped greatly with our labor force. I am able to handle an abundant amount of highly complex, legal and confidential matters and believe in a hands-on work approach.
