A summary of my experience includes: •Designing organizational structure, formulating departmental policy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and designing strategies for resource allocation, performance improvement, organizational growth and sustainability. •Leading various cross-functional and multi-discipline technical teams in data analytics, process improvement, risk mitigation, and logistics design to deliver significant improvements in operating efficiencies. •Working directly with field personnel to facilitate better field engagement in process improvement, the automation of processes, the implementation of innovative technology, and cultural change. •Overseeing complex remote operations and logistics including projects in Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Alaska’s North Slope, and internationally in China, Africa, and Brazil. •Leading technical teams in developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and best practice design for performance improvement. •Designing and implementing career ladders and staff development programs to address recruiting, training, and retention challenges. •Leading the development and implementation of data management strategies including data governance, data quality, and data analytics design.
