Change.org, a petition platform, enables people to start campaigns and mobilize others with similar interests both locally and globally.

In 2012 Paula became head of the international petition platform Change.org in Germany. Under her leadership Change.org grew up from 60,000 to 1.5 million users in a year. Paula was a driving force behind hundreds of national and international campaigns, among them the #bringbackourgirls movement. Today Paula acts in a global role at Change.org as Managing Director.Previously, Paula was responsible for social media and online campaigning at WWF. She taught at the University of Marketing and Communication (IMK, Berlin) and advised Greenpeace and Internet start-ups in the fields of brand communication and innovation management.Paula enjoys talking about addressing social problems by harnessing the power of innovative technology. A selection of past speaking gigs are the GDI Innovation Day in Zürich, the Global Media Forum of Deutschen Welle, guest speaker of the Mexican Senat, speaker at the University of Taipei, or at the European Counsel in Straßburg.
