Hi. I’m the founder and CEO of The Impact Studio, where we design big ideas for a better world and bring them to life. Current clients include 4 Day Week Global, where I serve as Head of US Strategy, and Seed&Spark, where I am launching a program to drive new capital into underrepresented perspectives in film. In 2018, I launched a national conversation around the need for paid voting leave and was featured in the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and Pew Research. In its first year alone, the initiative secured paid time off to vote for more than a quarter million American employees from companies like Levi Strauss, KAYAK, and Adidas. The effort now celebrates more than 1,000 participating companies making it easier for Americans to vote. I built and ran the democracy partnerships department at Vote.org, co-founded an impact architecture firm, and am producing a feature documentary about incarceration and recovery.
