I have experience of managing operations in a range of settings in the technology and NGO sectors. At heart I'm a problem solver and systems thinker, I have been deeply involved in most back office functions over the last 20 years with responsibilities including: -- Delivering HR programs across a number of countries spanning the full employee lifecycle, developing benchmarked global compensation approaches, performance review and career path frameworks, implementation of HRIS and other HR technology systems, running multi national payrolls, managing recruitment onboarding and departures and collective redundancies in a number of different countries. -- Managing and implementing core IT systems with a focus on Cloud and SaaS solutions, improving collaboration, accessibility and scalability for remote global teams, data and endpoint security and promoting user adoption. -- Coordinating with internal and external legal counsel on corporate setups and ongoing governance; managing employment compliance and contracts, union negotiations, staff terminations and negotiating commercial agreements and real estate leases. -- Finance experience, managing both AP and AR functions, budget management and designing a variety of financial processes. -- Facilities management in a number of multi-national organisations including a global footprint that spanned over 20 countries.
