I am a hands-on, team oriented, software development leader working diligently to build next generation laboratory products. I am currently Vice President of Software Development where for the last 20+ years I have contributed to and lead the development of market leading laboratory software. I have experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle from ideation to implementation. I have improved my team’s productivity by utilizing agile methodologies with built-in process improvement. My leadership has played a critical role in providing smooth transitions as the company leadership has changed multiple times during two acquisitions. As a result, my team and I have flourished and continue to grow while making advances, using the latest development tools and processes. Furthermore, my hands-on approach to leadership has contributed to the: • Solidification of a market leading LIS (Laboratory Information System) (LabDAQ®) • Highly successful laboratory division in CompuGroup Medical USA • Successful growth of our online web based laboratory outreach product (LabNexus®), servicing hundreds of laboratories and thousands of providers. The bottom line is that I love building a robust team environment focused on turning good ideas into exceptional products that are intuitive and easy to use.
