I've worked on a myriad of projects during my career in software. I've designed and built everything from a low level packet translator for the FAA, to a broad mechanism enabling PayPal payments for the entire airline industry. I started my career doing data entry & billing at a community health clinic, and I am now happy to apply my experience toward making a positive impact in the healthcare IT world. I want to bring the same level of precision, and usability from the aviation & payment industries to health care. As Vice President of Software Development for the Ambulatory Division of CGM US, my goal is to bring my customers stable & streamlined software. I've shifted all of our developers to an Agile workflow, and we are working together to bring CGM customers a complete set of services for their ambulatory medical practices. I am focused on delivering top notch, cross browser / cross device services that will be an asset to users as the industry adopts ICD10 and MU3, and their inherent complexities. Previously, I worked as a C#, and Java J2EE enterprise developer, and later System Analyst / Architect with a focus on messaging (MQ, XML, etc) and message translation for B2B communication and disparate/legacy system integration.
