Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the world’s leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis.

I have devoted my career to helping organizations optimize their operational processes, improve communication and engagement within the workplace, and maximize awareness and impact for causes in the nonprofit world. Working with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation was an honor and a privilege. As Director of Field Management, I was hands-on and fully engaged in a cause I was passionate about -- improving awareness of cystic fibrosis and furthering research / medication development efforts to find a cure for this devastating disease. I’ve produced results in every role I’ve held and shapeshifted the way the organization approaches certain issues. Everything I do is geared toward empowering people, establishing partnerships, and inspiring ideas. This is my passion and my purpose! I excel in mission-driven organizations, love big challenges, inspire collaboration and cooperation, and encourage accountability and transparent communication to drive culture changes and create workplaces that attract and retain the industry’s top minds.  FUNDRAISING & REVENUE GROWTH FOR MISSION-BASED ORGANIZATIONS ► I propelled our ranking to #1 for revenue growth nationwide in 2020 and consistently captured top rankings in new revenue, fundraising, and volunteer categories.  BUILDING DIVERSE & INCLUSIVE WORKPLACES I believe diversity fosters idea generation and results in creative solutions that would be impossible without varied perspectives. I am known for my passion and drive to build teams that challenge the status quo and provide a multitude of perspectives. ► I Improved communication and boosted employee engagement by creating bimonthly newsletter containing relevant event information and updates to open additional communication channel.” During my tenure, I stabilized our attrition rate, moving the needle to 0% loss for A-players and I built a robust talent pipeline. My approach to leading teams is highly collaborative, informed, and strategic. I develop and articulate clear objectives and roadmaps to deftly execute against tight deadlines and bring teams together under a common mission and vision.
