Extensive experience in a broad range of technical environments and roles. I am comfortable in many management/lead positions with varying levels of responsibility. I have substantial experience managing simultaneous small, medium and large-scale IT deliverables and solutions for enterprise-wide and IT specific projects. I am well versed as a liaison with internal customers, vendors, matrixed staff and external connections/users. I am fluent in all aspects of SDLC and maintain high standards for system/product quality assurance, corporate goals and budgets. I am accomplished at managing small to large staffs with a focus on teamwork and mutual respect. I have maintained my technical skills and awareness to better manage and also to be an individual contributer.
