Sam holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, and an Advanced Strategic Human Resource Management certification from Cornell University. As Director of HR & Administration, she is responsible for overseeing the operations of human resources, and administration. She oversees the company's social and community involvement through a company sponsored volunteering and charitable giving program. She also works to maintain company culture and employee satisfaction.
