I am Chief Investment Officer of Kinetic Super, the $3.0 billion industry super fund for the recruitment and accounting communities. In this role I manage the investment strategy and advise the Investment Committee and Board on portfolio structure, risk management and investment governance. With over 20 years’ of experience I have built my career and reputation on achieving strong investment outcomes. I bring expertise in building and managing multi-asset class investment strategies that consistently achieve long-term objectives. I am an effective leader in creating and managing a skilled team, coaching and sharing knowledge and in delivering strategic outcomes. Prior to joining Kinetic Super I held senior investment roles with large pension schemes in Australia and the UK. I hold Bachelor of Economics and Master of Applied Finance degrees and the CFA Charter. I am a Board Member of the CFA Society of Melbourne and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I regularly participate at investment conferences and publish articles on a range of investment topics. I received the Super Investment Award for Excellence at the 2014 AIST Awards and was a finalist for the Chief Investment Officer of the Year award at both the 2015 and 2016 Conexus Financial Superannuation Awards.
