Luke Jamieson is a Customer Experience and Omni Channel Leader with over 12 years of expertise across the retail, outsourcing and industry fund sectors. Luke is passionate about customer experience and in 2012 created an innovative service model that attracted an industry excellence award for customer service. In 2013 his team was the ICMI 'Global Contact Centre of the Year'​ winner for Small to Medium-Sized Centres. The team is also proud to have the title; AusContact, Victorian Contact Centre of the Year 2012, 2014 & 2016. Luke was also awarded Victorian Contact Centre Manager of the year 2013.An excellent communicator, public speaker and thought leader on knowledge management. Authenticity, trusting first and believing in people is at the core of Luke's leadership. Transforming cultures that break the moulds of tradition in order to see people and businesses thrive is what he loves to champion and finds most rewarding.
