A shopkeeper at heart with a storytelling core. I spent my formative years in sales - from tele sales in Minacs to Channel Management in Aviva. Learned the importance of being customer- centric. Landing a Marketing role at ZOVI.com was a dream come true. (It was also here that I discovered my flair for content writing). At CaratLane, I am part of the team which grew an early stage online jewellery company into a strong omni-channel brand. A few years ago, I was given the opportunity to launch the silver business (Shaya), giving me an experience of building a brand from scratch. Today, I am working on building scale and growing brand love for Shaya through differentiated designs, reasonable prices and amazing conversations.
