My mission is to help entrepreneurs strengthen the psychological traits required to run a business: grit, resilience, determination, optimism, confidence. Additionally, I work with entrepreneurs to relieve anxiety, build relational intelligence, and reduce stress. Depression, anxiety, divorce, and drug abuse are all aspects of entrepreneurship uncommonly discussed. Therapy provides a safe place for these topics to be explored and transcended. The mental fatigue that accompanies entrepreneurship is profound, as entrepreneurs face intense pressure to grow for investors, customers and employees. My work integrates professional business experience, psychology, philosophy, warmth!, neuroscience, and interpersonal neurobiology to strengthen my client's mental fitness.
