• ABOUT JOHN CZERWINSKI I have 20 years experience in the IT industry and am well-rounded in both the technical and managerial domains. I spent most of my technical career in the networking, telecommunication, and Information Security fields designing, building and operating global infrastructures. Most recently, I have expanded my technical experience into the exciting areas of “Clouds” (public and private), Colocation, VMWare, SAN, data backup, WAN optimization, Mobile Device Management and wireless. I have added several “soft skills” to my repertoire over the years as well. I enjoy project management and have started on the journey of obtaining my PMP. I’ve implemented several aspects of ITIL, including Change Management, Incident Management and Configuration Management. I have written several policies and procedures in preparation of the SSAE16 audit cycle.
