It's my passion to solve customers' problems with world class customer experience. This is because I know that their satisfaction is the key to a successful business. My career has primarily been in Customer Service and Information Technology. I have always committed myself to providing efficient, and accurate service to customers and colleagues. Employee satisfaction has always been key to my success with customers. I believe that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customers. Since I joined the American Cancer Society, I held numerous leadership roles. I have a proven track record of managing successful teams, project management, and improving organizational performance. Most recently, I had extensive experience with managing a forward thinking omni channel Service Desk that provided world class customer experience. Over the course of my career, I have also achieved the following: -Overseeing the operations of multiple large for-profit Customer Service Contact Centers as a Director, Manager, and Supervisor. -Responsible for managing IT professionals for a Non-profit national Service Desk. -Implementing department performance standards, quality standards, benchmarks, and service level agreements. As a result, the department was able to increase efficiency and better serve the company as a whole. -Worked with Service Desk team to successfully manage the transition of more than 3,000 employees to a remote work environment, ensuring that business continuity was maintained for our clients. -Developed and delivered training programs. -Effectively communicated updates and changes in policies and procedures to all levels of staff including company wide meetings.
