I'm a generalist that loves building things - whether it’s a operating plan or a kitchen table (which I surprised my wife with). I love people and believe everyone has a unique story and gift to offer the team. I'm a jack-of-all trades. I've worn many hats and led a vast array of teams. My general understanding of how things work together affords me to lead all the entities toward the overarching goal, but I don't hesitate to get in the weeds and build a solution. My values are very important to me, and I will always seek to include people on the fringes. I’m quiet and even-keeled, but I love getting to make people laugh or smile, whether it's with a joke or a sincere compliment. My time working in the non-profit sector gave me a rich foundation in developing relationships and leadership among many types of people. In 2014 I returned to the tech industry (which I studied at The University of Georgia) and have found a natural fit for combining my personality and soft-skills with my technical understanding as a member of the team at CallRail, a marketing analytics and communications software company.
