OBJECTIVE: Bring my knowledge, experience and skills to an organization which allows growth and reward as I achieve and surpass the objectives of my job function while being instrumental in the success, growth, and mentorship of others within my team and company. SKILLS: General: •Proficient at Microsoft Office, 365, Google G-suite, Adobe suite, CCCONE, OPS, AllData, CRM, all major social media sites, outlook, Gmail on Android, PC, Mac & Apple platforms, including Mobile & Apps. •P&L review, payroll, Spreadsheet, presentation software & equipment, all general office equipment and internal communications, such as Teams, Radios, messaging, etc. •Remote, mobile and, on/offsite work environments. •Contract review, negations, bidding, & performance review. •Matrix reporting, reviews and performance. •Collaboration across teams and other departments, both onsite and off-site •Trademark, copyrights, product and brand building, Intellectual Property rights. Management: •CSAT, NPS score card management, Survey retention. • Managing up to 6 teams of 6-15 employees in production related environments. •Management of up to 4 locations with Multi-Million-dollar annual production. •Management of staff consisting of up to 40 -60 employees, including mid to senior level managers, •Employee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination •Creation of, review, and revamping of job positions and duties •Team and employee motivation, mentoring, building for success in their roles and career paths. •Process and production evaluation and management. •Operations management, general management, team management. Marketing / Sales: •Client retention. Relationship building •Website, social media account building and management. •Online client engagement. •Marketing, branding, social media management. •Internal & external client relations including, gaining of new clients, management and growth. •Face to face, retail, service, territory and online sales experience. •Brand, product and marketing material development, and implantation.
