April 2011 - October 2011 Express Auto Collision was acquired by a multinational Multi-Shop Operator. This startup company is giving me the opportunity to plan, implement, and execute on the knowledge I have acquired through industry experience accompanied by academics. February 07 – November 2010 Serve as the Vice President of Operations in the GA market with 16 locations, 255 employees producing $46 million in revenues. As a market we increased revenues with our Insurance partners by 7%; this is a result of maintaining current accounts and adding new ones to our portfolio. Oversee the P&L and conduct 20 group financial meetings to ensure financial improvement - which we primarily focus on how to transfer financial results to operational habits and trends. While continuing to promote operations I have maintained close rapport with our employees to guarantee team member satisfaction and customer service performance in all sixteen centers. Recruiting and human resources management is a crucial part of my daily operations considering our Team will be the ones delivering the final product. Training is an integral part of our recruiting process which will ensure consistent process execution. Leadership development by providing internal and external training, career path lay out with goals and time lines. During this period I have been able to develop and promote several employees inside this market which has created loyalty to our brand and promoted positive morale that has also helped our overall market’s performance.
