Most recently, I worked with PAYLESS SHOESOURCE, A unit of Collective Brands, Inc., As a District Manager in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami Market, I led and inspired a team of store managers in 27 locations with over 200 associates, which involved customer service, negotiating, training, planning, organizing, team building communicating, Multi unit, HR, Financial, Loss Prevention, Merchandise, Property & Facility Management. Prior to that, I excelled at both supervisor and entry level positions with Payless Shoe source Training supervisor, Store Manager, and Sales associate.
