Experienced professional with proven track record managing high performing teams and executing complex, high-visibility, customer impacting projects as well as turning around problematic and conflicting situations with creative solutions and process improvements. Strong organization and communication skills and results oriented mindset, committed to delivering positive results with a sense of urgency and highest quality.Successful manager, facilitator, relationship builder, problem solver. At Carbonite, I was pulled up through the organization into roles of increasing responsibility that filled critical gaps across the organization (engineering, product management, and marketing). I learned on the job, and helped get the company 'unstuck' at several points. As the company scaled, the challenges varied and I had an opportunity to work on solving a number of different problems across the business and eventually became part of the executive team focused on program management and reported to the CEO and CFO. In June 2015, the CEO of a seed-stage startup (with whom I had worked closely at Carbonite) recruited me to join as VP Customer Success, because he viewed me as 'versatile, customer-centric operational glue.' The diversity of experience I had at Carbonite makes it hard to fit me into one of the traditional categories but I think that’s a good description of my talent and mindset. I can solve for many of the critical needs that arise in the messy, awkward, adolescent stage that high growth companies go through (usually around the Series B).
