Stephanie Lynch is director, brand marketing strategy at Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. Before joining BAB, I was vice president, content director at the FleishmanHillard corporate headquarters. As a marketer, I deliver measurable results for global brands in various verticals (ag, cpg, manufacturing, etc). As a strategist, I counsel brand stakeholders on effective content creation and execution to reach the right audience at the right time. As an effective leader, I implement operations and processes and provide counsel on best practices for digital communications. Before joining FlieshmanHillard, I was public relations/social media manager at H&L Partners, a full service advertising agency. In my role at H&L, I specialized in integrated/converged marketing efforts that included paid media in social and digital. I developed social media strategy, governance policies, content calendar creation and community management protocol, along with online, PR, and social media measurement best practices. I was the lead trainer on content marketing and social media practices both agency and client side and provided creative direction for daily content. I have a zest for travel, having lived in 7 states and 10+ cities across the U.S. and Brazil. With a background in media and entertainment, I consider myself a storyteller at heart, love to speak on panels and conferences and enjoy learning from industry members.
