I am enthusiastically focused on client services, communications and operations. I enjoy using a broad range of approaches to creatively solve organizational and staff related issues. I bring twenty years’ experience of added value delivering the information, tools and competencies professionals and organizations need to succeed and solve difficult business concerns. I thrive in an environment requiring flexibility and the ability to manage change and handle complex organizational issues. I blend my business savvy with superior communication management skills and have a significant portfolio built from successes across multiple project and program areas including client services, operations, training, outreach, service improvement, workflow design and policy development. I have extensive experience in business administration and operations, high level problem resolution and the creation of professional development and training programs. This experience includes workflow and needs assessments, designing managed training plans and all aspects of talent management (recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, retention, succession planning). I am able to leverage skills in operations, training, organizational development, relationship building and project management to bring about successful outcomes on time and on budget. I enjoy public speaking and managing outreach and communication plans to engage with our community. I am comfortable and effective working with all levels of staff through executive management and with all academic and administrative departments including Human Resources, Finance and other key stakeholders.
