My prior role was as Director of Systems and Infrastructure Operations. The majority of my experience involves managing technical and data center teams within higher education. I have a broad business background in Infrastructure Monitoring / Automation and managing Data Center, Server, Storage and Databases Administration teams. My additional experience includes Personnel Management, IT Service Management, Budgeting, Staff Resource Planning, Contract/Cost Management, IT Service / Business Continuity, IT Strategic Planning and Hardware/Software/Services Contract Administration in partnership with General Counsel and Procurement professionals. I enjoy working closely with clients to understand their objectives, constraints and requirements to ensure resources are available to help ensure their objectives are obtained and to further develop service level agreements and service continuity / disaster recovery plans as warranted..
