I’m an experienced product operations executive, customer success specialist, and data-driven professional with technical expertise in SaaS B2B marketing communications. When I was a kid, I loved taking things apart and putting them back together—it fascinated me. One by one, I dismantled the telephone, the car door, the microwave, and the VCR. As I deconstructed this technology, I learned key lessons about the inner mechanisms that drive our everyday activities, like making a phone call or watching a movie. This passion propelled me forward in my career, and through my love of tech, I've built comprehensive systems in Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot (to name a few). I’m proud of the value I’ve brought to my past roles. As Director of Operations & Client Support at BrightTALK, I boosted client retention by 20% and increased annual revenue by $500K+. At TechTarget, I completed an entire redesign of the presale management strategy (incorporating Airtable and QlickSense) to align the product go-to-market plan and identify growth priorities, which resulted in an additional $4M in monthly revenue. I enjoy coaching and mentoring my employees to help them improve and develop their own unique skillsets. Leadership is a key asset that I bring to the table, and I develop and retain quality talent (in fact, I spearheaded a 90% employee retention rate at TechTarget!). In addition to my experience in FinTech, I’ve gained experience in the healthcare sector as Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief of Technology at API Pharma. I built a senior level team, scaled operations, and built and rolled out systems such as the CRM, support portal and ticketing system, and marketing automation for the company, which sold generic pharmaceuticals and rapid diagnostic tests.
