Ben is now based in China serving investors eager to diversify capital into U.S. & European real estate. This year, Ben & his team are helping their extensive list of institutional and HNW investors close around $300 million in real estate assets. Ben’s family has been involved in US real estate for over 50 years. In 2004, Ben started a leather factory in China where he worked for eight years. This Texas-owned plant produced products for the White House, Neiman Marcus, and the Ritz Carlton. Ben hired and befriended several deaf, handicapped, and Down syndrome employees, and is passionate about using business to benefit the community. While living in China, Ben met his wife Jenny, and they now have three children. Prior to China, Ben worked in London for Dallas-based Electronic Data Systems UK. Ben completed his Computer Science degree in 2000 from Wake Forest University and his MBA at Southern Methodist University in 2014. Ben currently serves as Chairman of the Board of his local church, Chairman of the Board of an anti-human trafficking NGO, and on the Advisory Board of a Xiamen international school.
