Nikkie Purvis is an experienced banking executive bringing over a decade of operational banking, risk assessment, and fraud management expertise to Bridgewater Bank. She is an innovative banking leader who has extensive experience in creating, managing and executing viable, relevant, and successful fraud monitoring departments. She is skilled at 'out of the box' thinking, assertive, and quite competitive. Tough-minded and efficient. Excels at seeing the big picture, long-term planning, and consensus-building. An enthusiastic accomplished, and performance-driven professional who is curious about transformative trends challenging the status quo and a proven leader who is able to inspire different stakeholder teams, bringing clarity to their work, and helping them to execute to the best of their abilities. Ms. Purvis is an active member of the American Bankers Association, Minnesota Bankers Association as well as the Women in Banking Planning Committee. She is a strong visionary, with business acumen skilled to anticipate opportunities and critical issues and plan strategically to exploit opportunities and mitigate risks. She possesses a unique ability to break down barriers and deliver high-quality results under pressure; all while building solid working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure successful business outcomes. Nikkie has served on the Bridgewater Bank Mentorship Committee, Emerging Leadership Lead and currently Chair of the Bridgewater Bank Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. As a fierce advocate of inclusion, she regularly participates in Twin Cities Diversity & Inclusion Roundtable (TCDIR), American Banking Association DEI Open Forum & recently joined Minnesota Bankers Association DE&I Listening Sessions.
