Over the summer of 2013, I moved to Minneapolis and joined the Bridgewater Bank team as a Credit Analyst. I was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in December 2015. We are founded by, funded by, and focused on investors and small business entrepreneurs, so we understand through personal experience the commitment, enthusiasm, vision, and challenges entrepreneurs face to build and grow a business. My role as a Senior Credit Analyst requires me to effectively analyze financial data for various types of loans. Tasks include monitoring loan relationships, identifying historical trends of businesses and markets, underwriting, completing credit summaries, and preparing thorough credit presentations. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the field of Economics with Mathematical Emphasis. A majority of classes involved either math or finance. My liberal arts and business classes prepared me to make significant contributions to Bridgewater. What differentiates me is the 10 years of organizational experience in previous job occupations. Every previous occupation involved learning a new system and interacting with a variety of people. My experience in selling, coaching, customer service, and analyzing provided me exposure in various situations. Ambition is an important quality of my personality. Excellence and perfection are my goals when challenged with a new project. I strive to push not only myself, but also inspire others to do their best. I aspire to be the best at my profession. Having ambition does not come without a strong work ethic. I enjoy challenging situations such as the leadership positions held in the past. I can lead by example and put forth whatever effort is needed to achieve a goal. Overall, I am a very goal-oriented person that strives to fulfill my potential.
