I currently serve as Chief Lending Officer at Bridgewater Bank, where we take an unconventional approach to conventional loans. As a team, we have quietly grown Bridgewater into one of Minnesota’s largest banks, attracting an ever-growing local following along the way. I oversee a talented team of lenders, as well as an active portfolio of client relationships myself, while serving on our Strategic Leadership Team. As the premier real estate lender in the Twin Cities, Bridgewater Bank’s loan products are assembled to meet the diverse needs of real estate and small business entrepreneurs. Over the last two years, our talented lending team has consistently produced over $1.5 billion in annual loan production. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I continue to be actively engaged in loan origination, primarily focusing on real estate lending in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. I have direct lending experience involving stabilized and reposition projects, as well as ground-up construction on residential and commercial properties and multi-family, retail, industrial and office properties. I'm also actively engaged in specialty financing products surrounding tax increment financing, affordable housing properties and historic tax credit projects. Additionally, I serve on the boards of Rethos | Places Reimagined and Minnesota Housing Partnership.
