Bridge Partners is an established firm that has been providing IT support services for customers in Cambridge, London and remotely around the world, since 2001. Founded by Daniel Kleeman MEng, MBA and Andrew Glover BSc, MBCS, we work in close partnership with customers to give them a trusted technical support. Our team offers an array of services from strategic onsite IT management to one-off projects such as server migration.

I enjoy working with different people and different business enabling them to achieve their goals. IT should not be a barrier in this and it should enable companies to grow and to flex as appropriate. Throughout my roles I have built relationships with people in different positions. It has always been important for me to listen to their needs, whether they were students, end-users, or C-Suite executives, and act upon them. Alongside day to day needs I also have a strategic component to my role, both internal and external. As part of this I work with businesses to see what needs IT needs they will have in the next two to three years and support them in developing their infrastructure around them. Depending on the business in question this can involve developing their internal infrastructure or migration to cloud based services as appropriate. Internally I have been a part of policy discussion that will affect all clients and I have worked with colleagues on deciding on infrastructure and appropriate backup strategies them also. I am interested in technology and computing and I often keep an eye on changes in the technology sector to see what is new and available. I study independently and I passed Microsoft’s AZ-104 in 2021 and I am now looking for my next challenge. In studying and learning about technologies I think about which will be relevant to my clients and I consider and plan how they can be used to their benefit. Outside of work I also enjoy gaming, reading, and going out for walks with my partner. I have also taken some basic courses in coding.
