As Regional Manager of Consumer Bank for Westpac in Canterbury, I am passionate about creating an environment where people value their work, they have a sense of purpose and feel developed and supported. I started my career by setting up my own recreational scuba diving business in Hamilton before moving to Bakers Delight as a Business Development Manager. I worked with business owners to maximise operating efficiencies and drive profit for the Franchisee and Franchisor. I joined Westpac 11 years ago as a Franchise Business Manager, spending the first 6 years within Business Bank before moving to the Financial Advisory Service then to my current role in Consumer Bank. My long term desire is to contribute to Westpac being continuously recognised as an employer of choice and to encourage and support people to work within the Financial Services Industry.
