Key career accomplishments: 1.Led a $3M, multi-year database migration (from The Raider's Edge to Blackbaud CRM), including project management, capital and operating budgets, staff training and documentation, vendor oversight, risk assessment, change management, and communication. Implementation included the development of all database processes, including prospect and proposal management, gift recording (entry, receipting and acknowledgement), giving societies, direct marketing efforts, stewardship reporting, etc. 2.Launched an in-house reporting/analytics program utilizing SQL and Tableau 3.Managed nine-person development services team responsible for booking, receipting, and acknowledging more than 105K transactions annually 4.Implemented Jira Service Desk as an IT help desk ticketing system 5.Facilities management, including a successful office relocation 6.Managed $7M+ operating budget and $1M+ IT capital and operating budgets 7.Successfully managed teams as large as 20 staff, with outstanding retention 8.SQL, Tableau, Oracle BI developer 9.Led development of gift match program based on alumni participation goal 10.Led platform rollouts, including EverTrue, Ovrture, OneCause mobile bidding, Advizor Solutions, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Extensis Portfolio 11.Developed moves management and prospect tracking data models in Ellucian Advance and Blackbaud CRM, and led reporting/analytics operations in both database platforms
